Blanche Lincoln I don't understand. Her constituents in Arkansas were overwhelmingly against the bill, so I guess she doesn't want to return to the Senate for another term. Just make a list of the ones who voted to move this monster of a bill forward and make sure they never darken the door of any other legislative forum.
